Every week, we craft a one-night-only dining experience where everything is made from scratch, just for that evening. From naan breads baked fresh in our traditional tandoor oven to a curated menu of super fresh, authentic Indian dishes with a modern twist, this is a culinary adventure you won’t want to miss.

Babu started as a vision to celebrate Indian heritage and introduce a vibrant Indian concept to Miami. The name "Babu" pays homage to Jonathan’s father, who was from Kerala in Southern India. We are bringing this vision to life in his honor, embracing the rich flavors of Indian cuisine while incorporating the Miami vibe and the joy of sharing "naan" bread with friends & family. To support the Deenabandhu Trust, an additional $1 will be added to every check, which Babu will match, helping to create a brighter future for underprivileged children in India.
